    The 12-month commitment provides continuity, infrastructure hosting, and ongoing strategic management within defined monthly scope and capacity.     Throughout the required 12-month Managed Growth Partnership, Summit Theory Digital hosts the approved website infrastructure and manages, monitors, optimizes, and strategically develops the approved components of the organization’s Digital Growth Infrastructure within the selected partnership tier, agreed monthly scope, and capacity.

    Major implementation work, new systems, large-scale redesigns, custom development, additional acquisition channels, expanded automation or AI Business Solutions, and requests outside the agreed monthly scope may require a separate implementation proposal or change order.

    Can I hire Summit Theory Digital for a website without a monthly partnership?

    No. Summit Theory Digital does not offer standalone website projects. Website and conversion infrastructure are implemented as components of an approved Digital Growth Infrastructure Implementation, which transitions into a required 12-month Managed Growth Partnership after the included 30-Day Launch Stabilization period.

    The applicable Monthly Managed Growth Partnership Fee begins only after stabilization concludes. The active partnership includes ongoing hosting of the approved website infrastructure together with the management, optimization, reporting, strategic support, and other services included within the selected partnership tier and agreed monthly scope.

    When does the Monthly Managed Growth Partnership Fee begin?

    The applicable monthly partnership fee begins only after production launch and completion of the included 30-Day Launch Stabilization period. No Monthly Managed Growth Partnership Fee is charged during the included stabilization period.

    What is included in the 30-Day Launch Stabilization period?

    Launch Stabilization focuses on monitoring, technical correction, approved launch-related adjustments, and operational validation for the infrastructure delivered within the approved implementation scope. It does not include new systems, additional pages, major content changes, expanded functionality, continuous optimization, or other work outside the approved implementation.

    Is website hosting included?

    Yes. Ongoing hosting of the approved website infrastructure is included throughout the active Managed Growth Partnership. Hosting is not offered as a standalone service. Major hosting changes, migrations, expanded environments, or infrastructure outside the approved scope may require additional scoping.

    Does every implementation include a website, CRM, automation, advertising, SEO, and AI?

    No. Every implementation is individually architected. Only the capabilities, systems, integrations, and deliverables documented within the approved implementation proposal are included. Not every organization requires every available capability.

    Does Digital Growth Infrastructure include marketing and advertising?

    An approved implementation may include campaign architecture, conversion tracking, audience infrastructure, remarketing systems, database nurture pathways, and other acquisition infrastructure. Ongoing management of an approved acquisition channel is included only where specified within the applicable Managed Growth Partnership tier and agreed monthly scope.

    Is advertising media spend included in the partnership fee?

    No. Advertising media spend is separate from Summit Theory Digital’s implementation and Managed Growth professional service fees. Media spend is paid directly to the applicable advertising platforms unless otherwise documented in the approved agreement.

    Are AI Business Solutions required?

    No. AI Business Solutions are optional and implemented only when they support a defined operational, customer-experience, or growth objective. Approved AI solutions are individually scoped and do not replace appropriate human judgment or oversight.

    Can Summit Theory Digital work with our existing website, CRM, or business systems?

    Existing systems are evaluated during Strategic Discovery. Depending on their condition, suitability, access, and technical requirements, they may be retained, integrated, reconfigured, migrated, or replaced as part of the approved infrastructure architecture.

    How long does implementation take?

    Implementation timelines vary according to scope, technical complexity, content readiness, integrations, stakeholder availability, approval timing, and organizational requirements. The approved timeline, dependencies, responsibilities, and milestones are documented before implementation begins.

    How is the appropriate Managed Growth tier selected?

    Partnership alignment is determined through Strategic Discovery based on the organization’s objectives, operating complexity, infrastructure requirements, growth priorities, reporting needs, strategic involvement, and required monthly delivery capacity.

    How are requests outside the approved scope handled?

    Major implementation work, new systems, additional pages, large-scale redesigns, custom development, additional acquisition channels, expanded automation or AI Business Solutions, and other requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate implementation proposal or change order.

    Do you guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, or specific business outcomes?

    No. Summit Theory Digital provides strategic implementation, management, optimization, reporting, and infrastructure support, but does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, advertising returns, conversion rates, or other business outcomes.

    How are ownership, access, and transition requirements handled?

    Ownership, administrative access, account responsibilities, third-party services, data handling, hosting responsibilities, and transition requirements are defined within the approved proposal and client agreement before implementation begins.

    Advertising Media Spend

    When paid advertising is included in an organization's approved Digital Growth Strategy, advertising media spend is completely separate.

    Advertising media spend is not included in the Implementation Investment or the Monthly Managed Growth Partnership Fee. It is paid separately directly to the applicable advertising platforms.

    What "Starting at" Means

    "Starting at" reflects the minimum entry point for the applicable Managed Growth Partnership.

    Final Monthly Managed Growth Partnership Fees may vary based on factors such as organizational complexity, strategic scope, number of markets, CRM and automation complexity, AI implementation requirements, and ongoing strategic management requirements. Final investment is established through strategic evaluation and approved scope.
